As an Arab woman who personally experienced postpartum depression and its challenges, I realized the urgent need for a proactive and comprehensive approach to address the mental health crisis in the Arab world, which women suffer from at higher rates than men according to the latest statistics. She came up with the idea of “Meshkaa” as the first mental health guide that builds a new comprehensive model focused on women’s mental health in the Arab region. Through it, we provide innovative solutions and tools to raise awareness of their mental health and enable them to maintain it in their daily lives at every stage of life, taking into account language, culture, and social context.
